Following the success of the first edition of the DCH Emotional Salary AwardsDCH – International Organization of Human Capital Executives presents the Second Edition of the Salario Emocional AwardsThe initiative aims to highlight the best practices promoted by the Human Resources area, going beyond monetary compensation to revitalize the company-employee relationship and labor compensation.

With more than 40 nominations received in the previous edition, the companies awarded in the Top 10 in the“Large Company” category: Coca Cola, Endesa – Enel, EY, Grupo Juste, Henkel, L’Oreal, Merkle, Orange, Prosegur and The Adecco Group.

In the“Startup” category, the ranking of outstanding companies was as follows: niid;, Payflow and Calterras. These companies stand out not only for their innovation, but also for their commitment to improving the company-employee relationship and labor compensation, consolidating their position as leaders in promoting a positive work environment focused on the well-being of their employees. We continue to recognize and celebrate excellence in the field of emotional pay.

The emotional salary refers to all those non-financial retributions that the employee can obtain from the company and whose objective is to positively encourage the image he/she has of his/her work environment and increase his/her productivity, as well as to satisfy personal, family or professional needs, improving his/her quality of life and promoting a good organizational climate.

In the current context of generational diversity, which includes Generation Z, Generation Y, Generation X and Baby Boomers, each with unique needs and priorities, participating companies are highlighting initiatives ranging from social benefits and flexible compensation to physical, mental, nutritional and financial wellness programs, as well as participation in social projects and recognition and incentive programs.
