Madrid, June 27, 2024 – The DCH Center of Excellence for Cultural Transformation and the Future of Work has inaugurated its annual cycle of activities with a meeting that took place at the A&O Shearman facilities. This event was attended by prominent leaders and experts in the field of human resources and organizational transformation. The meeting was chaired by Juan Manuel Rueda Martín, Bain External Advisor at Bain & Company and member of the DCH Advisory Board, and Ángel Javier Vicente, Corporate Director of Human Resources at Grupo Avintia. Both presidents addressed the session, stressing the importance of cultural transformation and adapting to the future of work in a constantly changing business environment. The hosts, A&O Shearman, provided a warm welcome and logistical support to all attendees, which contributed significantly to the success of the meeting. This event, exclusively for members of DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers, served as a framework for the formal constitution of the stable working group of the Center of Excellence. Among the attendees, Tirso Pérez Socías, Regional Enterprise Lead & Country Launcher Spain & Portugal at Deel, participated as an expert partner, providing valuable insights on the evolution of work and new technologies.
