DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers and Alfonso X El Sabio University are preparing for the eighth consecutive year the development of a new edition of the Barometer on the Digitalization of the Human Resources function, its evolution and also to establish comparisons between countries. This is a longitudinal study that aims to analyze over time the process of digital transformation of HR departments. The research is joined by Oracle Cloud HCM, Indeed, Facthum and Ackermann International as Expert Partners. Since the fourth edition of this barometer, the scope of the study has been expanded, incorporating companies located in different countries of the Latin American ecosystem (LATAM) related to the expansion of the International Organization of Human Capital Managers – DCH. Specifically, it covers companies located in 10 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. In the VIII Barometer on Digitalization in the Human Resources Function is articulated in five major areas: :
- Big Data and Analytics
- Cloud Computing
- Social Networking
- Mobility
- Generative Artificial Intelligence
With regard to human resources management, nine policy groups have been defined for this study where the following functions are encompassed: Talent Selection, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Occupational Health, Human Resources Business Partner, Digitalization, Employer branding and Labor Relations.
