Evaluation of the submitted documentation and presentation of the project in online format to the Certification Evaluation Committee (presentation time 20-25 minutes and 10-15 minutes for possible questions from the Committee’s experts).

Once the application has been defended and evaluated, the company will be informed of the result of the application. Those whose results are favorable will receive official notification of their adhesion to the Program. The certification will be formalized at the annual gala held in December at the European Parliament in Brussels.

During the three years following the delivery of the certification, the Project will be monitored. During the first two years, the company will share new initiatives or information that will allow to see the evolution of the project. Likewise, the Committee of Experts will send the tips or recommendations it considers on an annual basis.

In the third year, the company will again present its project in online or face-to-face format to the Evaluation Committee, which will issue a report with the corresponding validation (gold, silver or bronze), to be awarded at the annual gala at the European Parliament (Brussels).
