The II DCH Global Human Capital Summit is an event aimed at active Human Resources Managers, which provides a space for training and reflection with the purpose of strengthening human capital strategies through initiatives that address trends in talent management.

DCH 10th anniversary Gala Dinner
In commemoration of the tenth anniversary of its creation, DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers – is pleased to invite to an exclusive dinner for all the Boards of Directors where the organization is present, as well as the main companies in Colombia.
This event, conceived as a benchmark meeting in the field of human capital, will take place on June 5, 2024, merging social and professional aspects to create a unique experience.

II DCH Global Human Capital Summit
The official celebration of the 2nd DCH Global Human Capital Summit will take place on June 6 and 7, 2024. in hybrid format, allowing both face-to-face and virtual participation. This ensures the inclusion of DCH members, active Human Capital Managers and their teams in all countries where the organization is present.
DCH and the Universidad de los Andres teamed up to celebrate the first day (June 6) of this great event in classroom format at its facilities in the city of Bogota, Colombia.
Board of Directors Meeting
The day of June 6 will begin with the Global Board Meeting, the annual meeting that brings together all the members of the Boards of Directors of the countries where DCH has presence, including Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, United States, Central America and the Caribbean with the objective of:
- Charting the future direction of the organization
- Analyze and explore challenges and opportunities facing human capital leaders today.
Start of the event
Following the DCH global board meeting, the DCH Global Human Capital Summit 2024 will kick off with a very special new edition to mark DCH’s tenth anniversary.
The most prominent leaders in the human capital management function will address the key and most current topics in the area of human resources, such as the Future of Work, Diversity in companies and the use of Data, Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Talent Management.
