- DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers celebrated the presentation of the DCH Salario Emocional Awards with a pleasant lunch attended by all the award-winning companies, both from the previous and the current edition (2023-2024), as well as the members of the jury and the representatives of the sponsors of this second edition of the awards: Up Spain, Coverflex, Betterfly and Biwel. All of them were able to enjoy this special moment.
Madrid, June 11, 2024 – The II DCH Emotional Salary Awards celebrate their second edition; an initiative of DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Executives, co-organized with
HR Talents by DCH
and sponsored by Up Spain, Coverflex, Betterfly España and Biwel.
The purpose of these awards is to give visibility to the best initiatives led by the Human Resources sector, which seek to go beyond salary and bring new airs to the company-employee relationship and to labor compensation.
The awarding ceremony took place on the 28th floor of the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel and has gathered in a pleasant lunch all the awarded companies, both from the previous and the current edition (2023-2024), as well as the members of the jury and the representatives of the organizing entities have been able to enjoy a pleasant lunch.
DCH seeks to highlight initiatives that promote a healthy work environment and prioritize the happiness and personal development of its employees. During the ceremony, the best practices in emotional pay were recognized, rewarding those organizations that have implemented innovative and effective strategies to improve the quality of life of their employees.
The purpose of this meeting was to recognize the best projects presented in this edition of the awards and to present the diplomas accrediting them as such.
The call for entries was open to companies of all sizes and sectors of activity, and received more than 40 nominations that were evaluated and voted on by the jury of experts. The
Jury of the Awards
The Jury, composed of Human Resources executives, general managers of leading companies and associations, evaluated the nominations submitted and selected the winners in each of the established categories.
