- The jury of the second edition of the DCH Salario Emocional Awards has deliberated to select the deserving recipients of such distinguished recognition and will soon publish the Top 10 best initiatives and company, and the winning company, whose exceptional human resources practices have stood out for their focus on employee well-being and satisfaction.
The DCH Salario Emocional Awards, a joint initiative between DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers and HR Talents by DCH, and has sponsors such as Up Spain, Coverflex, Betterfly Spain, BIWEL, and El salario emocional, who have joined this recognition to highlight the best practices led by the people management area. These initiatives transcend the monetary aspect, contributing to strengthening the company-employee relationship and enriching labor compensation.
In this second edition, the jury is composed of distinguished personalities such as Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, PhD, Executive Chairman of DCH; David Martin, HR Director Spain & Portugal of Steelcase; Belén Viscasillas, Head of Health & Wellbeing at Ferrovial; Andrés Ortega, Chief Talent Officer McCann Worldgroup; Lorenzo Rivarés, International Human Resources Director of Grupo EULEN; Enrique Tapia Lopez, General Corporate Director People and Organization Naturgy; Estel Mallorquí Ayach, Founder and Director of Biwel; Julia Abarca Muro, Country Manager at Coverflex; Carmen Espinilla Poyatos, Country Manager at Betterfly España (Former Flexoh) España; Mariano Zúñiga Roger, Director of Marketing and Communication VB Group; Monica Torre, CHRO Up Spain; Tomás Manso Mayoral, Director HR Controling & Analytics Correos; Mónica García Ingelmo, Manager of Benefits, HR Administration and Occupational Health at Orange; and Javier Peña, Director and Presenter of Madrid Trabaja on Onda Madrid.
After a deliberation session in Comet’s comfortable facilities, the jury had the opportunity to enjoy some networking time on the rooftop, with stunning views of Madrid’s Retiro.
