The TopTrends 4HR upskilling program between companies arises from the strategic alliance between DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers and the University of Navarra. This program is presented as a meeting, collaboration and networking space for the Human Resources Departments of leading companies in the country. Its objective is to create a learning ecosystem where internal professionals can be at the forefront of knowledge, become the drivers of change and lead the transformation of their organizations.

An innovative Program, created by and for Human Resources Professionals, which addresses the main trends in the People Area, identified for 2024 and 2025, as a result of a thorough market research and a subsequent validation among People Managers.

Who are we addressing?

Aimed at Human Resources Managers, or business professionals who will occupy management positions in this area, who want to be at the forefront of knowledge, the most disruptive technologies and the latest methodologies in people management.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLACES PER COMPANY

  • We want to promote diversity and different perspectives of reality among the participants of the Program.
  • In this sense, a maximum number of places will be assigned to each of the companies that are part of the ecosystem based on the total number of applications received for the Program. Number of places is limited.
  • These places are not nominative, i.e., each of the 6 modules or thematic blocks that make up the Program may be attended by the same or different professionals from the ecosystem’s partner companies.

TYPE OF CERTIFICATION

  • Superior Program in Human Resources Trends 2024 and 2025 for those who attend all modules.
  • Certificate of PARTICIPATION in the corresponding module for those attending individual modules.
