DCH- International Organization of Human Capital Directors, presented yesterday the conference “Tendencies in Training” hosted by Paolo Gallo, Chief HR Officer of the World Economic Forum and teacher of Ashridge Executive Education, who expounded the future tendencies in the work market.
The conference was opened by Virginia Carcedo, General Manager at Inserta Empleo at Fundación ONCE and Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, DCH President, who reminded the collaboration agreement signed by both entities earlier this year.
Next, there was an open discussion about “Innovative proposals in Learning and training” moderated by Jose Miguel Carás, Director at Formación y Desarrollo from Grupo Santander, with participants like Fernando Troncoso, International Responsible at PeopletoPeople Group; Elena Giménez, Managing Director at Speexx and Daniel Suárez, CEO at Zapiens. They highlighted topics such as the importance of diversity in work teams, the “Employer Centricity” or the omnichannel.
Fernando Vargas, Director at Proyectos en la Escuela Europea de Coaching, spoke about the “Changes in the paradigm and the challenges of agility” and also pointed out the importance of multidisciplinary teams and the empowering of teams.
The conference finished with a debate about the best practices in training, moderated by Ruth Benito, Director Partner at Facthum, in which several companies shared their experiences and practical cases. The debate also counted with the participation of Álvaro Vázquez, Human Resources Director at Securitas Direct; Ana Lastra, Training & Development Responsible at Orange España and David Jiménez, Learning & Development Manager at Telefónica, all of whom highlighted the importance of things like the agility in the process of change.
