DCH held this morning their first work breakfast of the year organised by the Digitalization Committee, at their partner EasyRecrue premises.

Such committee is lead by David Jiménez, Learning & Development Manager at Telefónica and Cristina Martínez, HR Digital Transformation Manager and PMO Responsible at Vodafone, members of the DCH Board. This committee is also made up by Carlos del Río, HR Digital Transformation Manager at Dia Group and Meta4, partner of DCH and prime mover of the committee.

All of them have shared good practice along with other companies such as Deoleo, Grupo Avintia, Seur, Gestamp, Indeed, Matinsa and Essilor.

Three main points of the digital era were covered at the breakfast:

  1. KPIs in order to measure the impact of the digital transformation.
  2. Exponential digitalization, digitalization opportunities applied to new technologies.
  3. People Analytics.

Pablo Calvo, Country Manager at EasyRecrue in Spain, raised some questions to the audience like “What aspects of digitalization are important to measure?”, “What is “People Analytics” used for?” or “How can positive impact of the digital transformation be measured?” and an open debate where everyone has told their experiences.

Almost every participant agreed in several points such as the fact that prior to the digital process there is a transformation process, the importance of implementing “agile methodologies”, the importance of the client experience and the timing of everything involving what impacts people, the employer branding policy or the relevance of “onboarding”, not as a training programme, but as a process of integration for the new employee.
