DCH celebrated its second HR Lunch in Portugal at the Sheraton Hotel in Lisbon, with the presence of Human Resources Directors of great companies relevance in the national and international panorama, such as Amorim Cork Composites, El Corte Inglés Portugal, Borgwarner, PwC Portugal, Tecnologia DXC Portugal , Primor Group.

Continuing the commitment of international development, the second DCH Portugal HR lunch, reflected the clear members increase.

The first point of the day, was the presentation of the European Sport & Healthy Company Award. Ana Silva, Director of Human Resources of BorgWarner, shared with the assistants the best practices that they have in BorgWarner.

In a second moment, we had the opportunity to listen the lecture “Management of Changes in a Continuous Moment”, of Hans Pijnacker, Senior Associate of MCE, cobranded Partner of DCH HR lunch. Conference that had a great acceptance on the assistants, given the great importance of the adaptation to the change that makes presence in the current global context.

After the presentation, took place an open debate and sharing best practices.

Finally, Stefan Cousquer, Ashridge Executive Education Professor, makes a brief introducing the design of a training program between DCH and Ashridge Executive Education as another of the expansion projects.

On the HR Lunch, It was clear the impact of the international DCH expansion, with the recent constitution of the Board of Directors in Argentina and the next Board of Directors in Mexico, expected for June the 27th.

Finally, the growth of DCH in Portugal, present with the increasing number of partners present during the HR Lunch. We want to thanks Management Center Europe, Factum and Oracle as Partners in Portugal and Gympass and Ashridge Executive Education for their collaboration and presence throughout the day.

There is a huge challenge in the fascinating world of human talent and it is very important that the Human Resources Directors, are prepared to approach the new changes in a constant communication process with their teams.
