During a two-day work session, the Organization met the Managing Board, the outgoing Managing Board, the Consultant Board, the International Consultant Board and the leaders of some of the greatest commissions at Vincci Hotel in Isla de Valdecañas. The complex, surrounded by the astounding natural environment in the northeast of Cáceres, offers modern and varied leisure facilities and infrastructures at the associates utterly disposal.

The meeting’s motto was “Designing the Future”, which was structured around working boards in order to join forces when issuing new initiatives and proposals for the future of the Organization. The participants gathered in groups in order to give in their improvement proposals and between all, deal with the most remarkable activities for the following years.

The Organization, which has grown notably, shows in the opening how their range is being widened and so focusing on the European and Latin American scope through the figure of the Representative in different countries. The aim is to create an international ecosystem which allows their associates belonging and being linked to the Organization not only at a national level. DCH has branches in Argentina, Portugal, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and the United States.

With all these advances, DCH is strengthened and starts a number of activities that will allow to begin an ecosystem of human capital managers, aimed to be a referent in the international market.
