Board of Directors, Advisory Council and Strategic Partners

Madrid, 28 May 2025 – DCH – the international organisation of Human Capital Managers, held its second high-level working lunch at the prestigious Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel, bringing together its Board of Directors, Advisory Council and strategic partners.
The meeting, conceived as a space for reflection and exchange, served to address current challenges and future prospects in the field of human capital management.



During the conference, key ideas were shared on the positioning of DCH as an international reference organisation, as well as on the strategic role played by human resources in the new economic, social and technological scenario.
The meeting highlighted DCH’s commitment to building a strong and collaborative community of human capital leaders, oriented towards knowledge exchange, the promotion of innovation and the promotion of policies that favour the sustainable development of organisations.
The luncheon was attended by leading personalities from the business, institutional and academic spheres, among them:


Rafael Belmonte Gómez, deputy spokesperson of the Commission for Labour, Social Economy, Inclusion, Social Security and Migration of the Congress of Deputies, who provided a collaborative vision between business and social inclusion and cohesion.
Fernando Troncoso Salazar, Development Director of DCH Europe, presented the progress and expansion plans of the organisation in the European context, highlighting the importance of promoting an international network of knowledge and best practices.


Francisco Hortigüela Martos, President of AMETIC, offered his vision on the alliance between organisations and the impact on talent and business competitiveness.
Juan Manuel Rueda Martín, member of the Advisory Board of DCH Spain, discussed the formation of the DCH Commission for Innovation and Development.

Ángel Javier Vicente, member of the Board of Directors of DCH Spain and Corporate Director of Human Resources of the Avintia Group, and María Díaz González, member of the Advisory Board of DCH and General Director of Communication, Brand and Institutional Relations of Esade, discussed the constitution of the new DCH Commission, the result of the merger between the DCH Commission for Media Relations and the DCH Commission for Institutional Relations.
The luncheon was consolidated as a strategic space for dialogue, collaboration and vision for the future in the field of human resources and the Organisation.
The interventions of prominent leaders from politics, business and academia enriched the debate, bringing complementary perspectives that underline the role of human capital as the backbone of organisational competitiveness. Overall, the day reaffirmed DCH’s commitment to building a strong, innovative international community committed to talent development and excellence in people management.
