DCH, WTC and Foro Recursos Humanos are pleased to announce the date of the eighth edition of the HR Gala, the benchmark event for HR executives from all over Spain. It will be held on June 13 at the Rosewood Villamagna Hotel in Madrid, the venue for some of the previous editions.
The HR Gala is a pioneering initiative in Spain of three organizations and managers who come together with the aim of promoting the function and management of people in our organizations. The protagonists once again this year will be the Human Capital Managers of our organizations and in the Gala they will be distinguished in different categories: to the trajectory to the development of talent, to the digitization of the sector, to the development of employer Branding, to the Well-being in the organization, to the management career and to the best communicator in HR. Professionals of the main organizations of the business network that have been chosen by the most prominent business schools in our country (IESE, ESADE and IE) as well as by the vote made by the members of DCH.
This great event celebrates its eighth edition this year and will be held on June 13, 2024 at the Rosewood Villamagna Hotel. Since its inception, the Gala has become the epicenter of human capital management, always in the spirit of WTC’s ‘Who’s Who in HR Guide’. In an exclusive atmosphere, leading executives of the function will share their experiences during a cocktail party and a gala dinner in which the trajectory and work of colleagues who have excelled in their work will also be recognized.
Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, Global President of DCH-International Human Capital Executives Organization, pointed out that “we have been bringing together for eight consecutive years” “some of the main human capital decision-makers in Spain in a meeting of people. As we always emphasize, this is a meeting of people, of professionals, around a gala dinner in which we take the opportunity to recognize six colleagues for different facets of the human capital function. In addition, since last year we have also recognized a business leader”.
Pedro García Cano, Chairman and CEO of WTC, pointed out that the objective is to bring together “200 Human Resources executives”, in addition to staging “a recognition of the work of some of them in different areas. It is basically a day of networking, of exchanging experiences and, above all, of getting to know each other better as professionals and as people”.
Francisco García Cabello, CEO and founder of Foro Recursos Humanos, emphasized that it is a gala “of color and prominence in the world of Human Resources, a Human Resources communication”, in which “more than 200 HR directors meet to talk about people and to distinguish professionals in different categories”.
