The first episode of the Organizational Sustainability Series from Singapore took place the past October 7, in collaboration with PPEARL, Cognitive Talent Solutions, HR Tech HUB and Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
During the meeting they accompanied us Francisco Marin, Co-Founder & CEO at Cognitive Talent Solutions; Mayank Parekh, CEO at IHRP; Borko Kovacevic, Chief Operating and Marketing Officer at Microsoft Singapore; and Natasha KK Mak-Levrion, Founder & CEO at PPEARL.
Among the main conclusions, the speakers talked about creating a good enviroment for working and the engagement of employees and their relation with the managers inside organizations. They also mentioned the transition from centralized models of work to descentralized and fluid models that has been acelerated with the pandemic.
