Teacherof the Program
Juan José Hierro
Juan José Hierro is a Blanchard Spain Facilitator, certified to teach The SLII ExperienceTM, Self Leadership and First-time ManagerTM programs.
He has more than 20 years of international experience as a coach, trainer and consultant. As an executive coach, he has logged more than 1,000 hours coaching organizations on a variety of challenges related to skills development, leadership and innovation.
Juan José is a professor of leadership and management skills at EAE Business School (Madrid) and at the Online Business School (OBS). He also collaborates with several organizations, such as IESE Business School, Humatific, and Blanchard Spain in talent development.
A computer engineer, Juan José graduated from Comillas Pontifical University, holds a master’s degree (PDD) from IESE Business School, and is certified as a Senior Executive Coach (AECOP). His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English. English. Among the many clients Juan José has worked with are Telefónica, Santander, Enagas, Acciona, Ministry of Rural and Marine Environment, Holcim, JIT, Simply, RSI, Capco, Pfizer, CLH, La Caixa, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Chamber of Commerce of Madrid and Cantabria, LOEWE, L’Oréal, Boehringer Ingelheim and Grupo Cortefiel.
