PAS by DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers, announces its new online course: People Analytics Foundations. An innovative program designed to transform the way HR professionals use data, advanced analytics and Generative Artificial Intelligence to optimize people management.

The main objective of the course is to train participants in the use of People Analytics to change the rules of the game in Human Resources. Attendees will learn how to implement a data-driven culture, using advanced tools for measuring employee engagement and experience, as well as for strategic workforce planning and organizational network analysis.

This program is aimed at HR professionals interested in maximizing the value of data in their management, regardless of their field, function or role. No extensive background knowledge is required, just a genuine interest in implementing a data-driven culture and basic Excel skills.

Methodology and Content

The training itinerary of the course is completely online and consists of short videos (less than 10 minutes) taught by professionals active in the field of People Analytics. In addition, it includes practical exercises with their respective solutions, allowing participants to follow the course at their own pace and from anywhere.

Key skills that will be addressed in the course include:

  • Survey of use cases.
  • Measurement of engagement and employee experience.
  • Strategic workforce planning.
  • Organizational network analysis.
  • Application of Generative AI in Human Resources (including tools such as ChatGPT & Copilot).
  • Data Storytelling with Power BI
