DCH and Meta4, Spanish multinational specialized in human and intellectual capital management solutions (HICM) have announced the creation of the ‘HR Startup Award’, an award that will reward the most innovative ideas for the digitalization of the processes of Resources Human in the business field.
With the aim of identifying and supporting young talent, ‘HR Startup Award’ aims to reward those projects that have arisen in the Universities and Business Schools that allow organizations to transform their HR processes thanks to technology. Through this joint initiative, Meta4 and DCH offer the community of students who are specializing in the fields of HR and / or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), the opportunity to develop their ideas thanks to the guidance of Expert professionals.
“We look for projects that have a high innovative component and that demonstrate a significant potential for growth. With this new initiative we want to show our firm commitment to innovation and reiterate our commitment to young talent “, says Carlos Pardo, General Director of Meta4 Iberia and Latin America.
“This is an initiative that links with some of the main objectives of DCH for the coming years: continue to promote the HR sector, supporting and encouraging innovation processes, to place the HR management function where it belongs within the organizations and, on the other hand, encourage the development of young talents within the field of Human Resources “, states Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, President of the Governing Board of DCH.
A development plan in the hands of experts
After a preliminary selection of the best projects by a group of experts in digitalization in HR, a jury made up of members of Meta4 and DCH will be responsible for selecting the winner. The main evaluation criteria of the selected projects are related to the innovative nature of the solution and its accessibility and the viability of its application, as well as the status of the project at the moment of its registration and the target audience to which the solution is directed.
The winning project will receive a prize valued in € 6,000, which includes access to a specific growth program supervised by Meta4, several consulting sessions on Sales, Marketing and Development for the deployment of the project and a visibility plan on social networks and media, among other aspects. Finally, the winning project will be presented to HR executives of reference companies at the annual meeting of DCH on Digitalization in Human Resources, which will take place next November.
