This morning, DCH – International Human Capital Managers Organization, in partnership with Oracle, held a dynamic and transformative event in the field of Human Resources. With an agenda loaded with relevant content, the meeting brought together experts and professionals to address key trends such as People Analytics, digitalization in HR and the impact of generative artificial intelligence.

A captivating opening

The day began with the projection of DCH’s corporate video, followed by an inspiring performance by violinist Olivia Agudo, setting the innovative tone of the event. The institutional welcome was given by Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, Global President of DCH, and Alfonso Cossío, Applications Country Leader of Oracle, who highlighted the importance of driving transformation in talent management.

Block: People Analytics

Technical Presentation: “People Analytics: Trends and Challenges”.

Delia Majarín, Global People Analytics Lead at ABB, opened the block with a technical presentation where she addressed the most relevant trends in the field of People Analytics. Delia highlighted how data can transform talent management, allowing to predict behaviors, personalize strategies and improve decision making. She also emphasized the need to develop specific competencies to make the most of these tools in an increasingly digitized work environment.

Roundtable: Implementing People Analytics

Moderated by Jordi Martín Alemany, Business Development Manager at Nubhora, this roundtable brought together leaders such as:

  • Fernando López Gil, Northern & Western Europe People Experience Lead at Mondelēz International, who explained how they are using People Analytics to improve the employee experience.
  • Nicolás Pedrón Ortiz, People Analytics Manager at Caixabank, who shared case studies on how data analytics is redefining talent strategies in his organization.
  • Enrique Robles, Head of Global School of Leadership at Iberdrola, who discussed the impact of People Analytics on leadership development.

In a dynamic format, Miquel Castellví, Managing Director of Deerns, and Francesca Gabetti, Co-founder & CEO of TeamEQ, discussed how team analytics tools have enabled Deerns to make more effective decisions. The interview highlighted how Team Analytics can improve team cohesion, communication and performance.

HR Digitalization Block

The second part of the event presented the conclusions of the VIII DCH Barometer on Digitalization in the Human Resources Function, and analyzed how organizations are integrating technology to improve their processes.

Álvaro Delgado Piera, Director of the Master’s Degree in Human Resources at UAX Alfonso X el Sabio University, presented the most relevant findings of the barometer, highlighting the progress in the adoption of digital tools and the areas where barriers still exist.
