The general secretary of Fundación ONCE and Inserta Empleo and director of Transformation and Excellence and Equality of Fundación ONCE, Virginia Carcedo, and Reyes Herce, people director of ISRG, have signed an Inserta agreement for promoting the hiring of people with disabilities in the sports vending machine for the next three years.

As Carcedo explained, “this agreement, in addition to offering people with disabilities an opportunity, will serve to make their talent visible in positions which, due to the commercial nature of the company, are very likely to be face to face with the public. In this way, customers will be able to see for themselves how efficient they are.

For his part, Herce emphasized that “in our group we value talent above all else. This agreement materializes the commitment and good harmony that we have maintained with Fundación ONCE for years, with a final objective: to break down barriers and contribute from our stores to the incorporation of people with disabilities in our stores”.

ISRG will rely on Inserta Empleo, the ONCE Foundation’s training and employment entity, to fill new jobs that the company demands, pre-select people who best fit the profiles it needs to fill and provide customized training to enable them to perform the necessary tasks.

This agreement entails ISRG’s adhesion to the Inserta Responsable Forum, a networking and social innovation platform that makes it possible to share practices, tools and experiences that favor the effective development of labor insertion policies for talent with disabilities.
