As a way of continuing with its international momentum, DCH will add a new Board of Directors with the constitution of DCH U.S. this upcoming October 15th.

The celebration of the Constitution of the Board of Directors of DCH U.S. will be held with a private online meeting and will include the presence of Human Capital Directors of relevant companies in the country such as:

  • Dario Kanevsky, VP Human Resources at Emerson Automotion Solutions
  • Ezequiel Fattorini, Senior Director HR at Campari
  • Mónica García, HR Regional Director at Wärtsilä North America Inc.
  • Isabel Montes, HR and Learning Director at Starbucks
  • Sebastian Bustos Rappa, Vice President Human Resources at Amcor
  • Cesar Salas, Head of HRIS Implementation at A.P. Moller – Maersk
  • Adriana Leiro, HR Latin America at Bupa Latin America
  • Magali Jarrin, Senior HR Leader for Latin America and Caribbean at W. R. Berkley Corporation
  • Deborah Leyva, VP Regional HR at Newmont Goldcorp Corporation
  • Laura Quevedo, Directora América Latina y el Caribe de Diageo 

One of the central objectives of the Organization is to connect and group professionals with directing responsabilites in the main specialties of the Human Resources, this way DCH aims to generate an international ecosystem of knowledge through technical activities, exchange of best practices and networking.

DCH continues its international growth and after creating the chapters of DCH Portugal, DCH Argentina, DCH Mexico, DCH Peru, DCH Colombia, DCH Uruguay, DCH Chile and DCH Paraguay, DCH Africa now DCH U.S. will join with a Board of Directors of its own, having DCH Brazil as a next target in the upcoming weeks.

The meeting will be addressed by the Global President of DCH Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa and had the participation of the International Development Director of DCH Sheyla Montenegro,the International Secretary Coordinator of DCH Karla Sofía Mendoza and  International Relations Director of DCH Mariola Alonso-Cortés.
