The second episode of the Organizational Sustainability Series from Singapore took place the past December 9, in collaboration with PPEARL, Cognitive Talent Solutions, HR Tech HUB and Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).

During the meeting they accompanied us Francisco Marin, Co-Founder & CEO at Cognitive Talent Solutions; Alvin Goh, CEO at Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI); Jaclyn Lee, Chief Operating and Marketing Officer at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD); and Natasha KK Mak-Levrion, Founder & CEO at PPEARL.

An episode where the main discussion was about accelerating organizational culture change. The speakers talked about the importance of adopting change and transformation, digital tools as facilitators of change, techonolgy as key for internal collaboration and about the humanistic approach of technologycal change.
