DCH Europe

We are proud to announce a major milestone in the international journey of DCH: the launch of DCH Europe, a new regional initiative that further consolidates our presence and commitment to the development of Human Capital leadership across the continent.

After ten years of growth and activity in twelve countries across Europe and the Americas, DCH now takes a decisive step by creating this European hub, starting with the constitution of DCH France.

Based in France, DCH Europe begins its journey with France, Spain, and Portugal as founding countries. In this first phase, DCH France will be led by a Board of twenty Human Resources leaders from top companies operating in the country, just as we do in the rest of the world.

We are especially pleased to count on the experience and dedication of Fernando Troncoso, Development Director of DCH Europe, who will play a strategic role in leading and coordinating this European project. His leadership will be key in ensuring the successful expansion and consolidation of DCH in this new region.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Fiabilis Consulting Group, whose support has been instrumental in laying the groundwork for DCH France and driving forward this exciting new stage for DCH Europe.

This new initiative is aligned with DCH’s purpose: to develop people by promoting the Human Capital function. It will open new opportunities for collaboration, learning, and exchange between executives across different European cultures and realities.

Members of DCH France will benefit from local in-person activities while also participating in joint initiatives within DCH Europe and maintaining access to all DCH global events and platforms.

With DCH Europe, we open the door to a new stage of connection and knowledge-sharing for HR leaders across the continent.
