The inauguration event of PAS by DCH in Madrid was held on November 11 at the Deusto Business School facilities and was aimed at Spanish-speaking professionals. The event included a live broadcast for Latin America, which allowed the participation of experts from different countries in the region.
The day began with an institutional welcome by Marta Aguilar, Corporate Director of Deusto Executive Education Madrid; Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, Global President of DCH; and Delia Majarín, People Analytics Lead at ABB. During this opening, the representatives shared the vision of PAS by DCH as a community for the transformation of People Analytics and the development of talent in the business environment.
The session continued with presentations from leading experts. María Manso, Partner in charge of People Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at EY, opened the block of presentations by sharing the applications and impact of generative AI in people analytics with the presentation “Applications of Generative AI in People Analytics at EY“.
Next, Nathan Consuegra, People Analytics Lead at Telefónica, with “Generative AI applied to People Analytics at Telefónica”, presented the company’s progress in the use of AI to optimize its talent strategies. Fernando López Gil, People Experience Lead for Northern & Western Europe at Mondēlez International, closed the block of technical presentations with “Use cases of Generative AI & People Analytics at Mondelez“, in which he explained concrete uses that illustrate how generative AI is transforming the employee experience in his organization.

After a welcome to attendees, a Fireside Chat titled “Generative AI & People Analytics” featured Shujaat Ahmad, AI leader and founder of Belong & Lead; Mariah Norell, workforce strategy expert at Adobe; and Francisco Marin, Co-Founder and CEO of Cognitive Talent Solutions , who discussed the impact of generative AI on talent management.
