The DCH Center of Excellence in Digitalization has started the year with its first meeting at Oracle’s facilities, who have hosted it as an expert partner.

Prior to the exchange of dialogues and discussions among the attendees, the Oracle team, represented by Ricardo García Lema, HCM Principal Solution Engineer, and Borja García Muñoz, HR Digital Transformation – HCM SaaS Account Manager, shared his experience in an enriching exchange about “Talent management models – Competency-based careers”.

The commitment made during the meeting involves the elaboration of concrete proposals aimed at enriching the next sessions of the DCH Center of Excellence on Digitization. This initiative reflects the joint commitment of the members to advance digitalization and talent management in the business environment.
