Last Thursday, January 30, DCH – International Human Capital Managers Organization held its long-awaited Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors, Advisory Council and Partners Spain at the exclusive Madrid Tower Hotel. The meeting brought together leading industry professionals in a working lunch that served as a key space for collaboration and strategic planning for 2025.

The day began with a welcome drink, providing an environment conducive to networking among attendees. Later, during lunch, the initiatives and projects that will mark DCH’s agenda in 2025 were discussed in detail, consolidating its commitment to innovation and talent development in the business environment.

This meeting not only allowed us to align the organization’s strategic objectives for the coming year, but also strengthened the ties between the members of the Board of Directors, the Advisory Council and the Partners, fostering new opportunities for collaboration in the Human Resources ecosystem.
