DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers, in collaboration with the University of Navarra, is pleased to announce the launch of the “Top Trends 4HR” 2024-2025 program. This innovative business-to-business upskilling program is designed to keep HR professionals and managers at the forefront of knowledge and organizational transformation. The “Top Trends 4HR” Program arises from a strategic alliance between DCH, the largest ecosystem of Human Resources and Human Capital Directors, and the prestigious University of Navarra, thus ensuring the highest academic and professional rigor. Its objective is to create a learning ecosystem where internal professionals can be at the forefront of knowledge, become the drivers of change and lead the transformation in their organizations. Among the companies that are already part of this ecosystem are Repsol, Mahou San Miguel, Vodafone, Navantia, Sacyr and Google, who will open their campuses to share their best practices and strategies in each of the trends identified for the 2024-2025 edition.
The program is organized into six thematic modules, each focused on different current trends in the Human Resources field. Maintaining a learning ecosystem format, participants will have access to experts, learn about best practices and have the opportunity to network with other companies. In addition, it includes three half-day workshops, with a “Learning by Doing” methodology that ensures a high transfer to the workplace. The modules will include the participation of internationally renowned academics from the University of Navarra, DCH executives with extensive experience in the People Area, entrepreneurs with innovative solutions and opinion leaders. In addition, reference authors will present and discuss their latest published works with the participants, contrast tables between companies and a transfer plan to ensure the practical application of learning.
Format
- Classroom: At the campuses of leading companies in trends 2024-2025 and at the Madrid Campus of the University of Navarra.
- Virtual: Access to presentations and additional resources on an online platform.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion of one module, and a Higher Program in HR Trends 2024 upon completion of all six modules. In addition, they will receive reference books on HR trends written by the program’s participating authors. As places are limited and the program is about to start, we invite interested parties to contact our team for more details.
