Madrid, April 24, 2024 – The International Organization of Human Capital Managers – DCH and Deusto Business School, the business school of the University of Deusto, have just signed a collaboration agreement for research, innovation, teaching and dissemination.
The agreement signed foresees, among other objectives, to carry out studies and research to promote the development of the Human Resources function. It will also address other aspects, such as the holding of conferences, events or seminars related to the same topic.
Both entities will form a joint and equal commission that will be in charge of analyzing and entrusting the possible projects and activities to be developed.
Both Deusto Business School and DCH agree that the human capital management function faces a double challenge: to lead the digital transformation of organizations and to promote the cultural change necessary to adapt to the new changing and volatile times.
The business school of the University of Deusto will make available to DCH and its associates the most cutting-edge knowledge in the field of human resources, talent and humanistic leadership.
