In this first edition of “Conversations with…”, supported by Indeed and Thinking Heads, attendees were honored to welcome Ana Palacio, former Vice President of the World Bank (2006-2008) and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain (2002-2004). Her presence provided a valuable insight into the geopolitical challenges facing the European Union in the current global context.
The event opened with welcoming remarks by Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, Global President of DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers, and Pedro García-Cano, CEO of WTC. Both leaders highlighted the importance of this type of forum to reflect on the strategic challenges in human resources management and the need to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Iván Abanades, Partner and Director of Speakers at Thinking Heads, also offered words of thanks, highlighting the value of collaboration in making this initiative possible.
