Official Constitution of the Board of Directors of DCH France

Paris, September 16, 2025. – This morning, DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Executives celebrated a historic milestone with the official launch of DCH France, marked by the first meeting of its newly constituted Board of Directors. The event took place over a luncheon at the prestigious Maison de la Recherche in Paris.
Presided over by Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, Global President of DCH, the gathering brought together senior HR executives from major companies operating in France, who signed the act formally establishing this new governing body.
Hosted by Fernando Troncoso Salazar, Development Director of DCH Europe.
The Board of Directors of DCH France is composed of HR leaders who will contribute their expertise and vision to advance the Human Capital function in the country. With its creation, DCH reinforces its tested collaborative model — connecting top HR leaders from leading companies — already implemented successfully in other regions.

The launch of DCH France also marks the beginning of DCH Europe, a new regional initiative unitiing France, Spain, and Portugal as founding countries. This effort aims to create a continental platform for leadership, knowledge exchange, and strategic dialogue in People Management.
The choice of the Maison de la Recherche as the venue highlights DCH’s commitment to excellence and fostering strategic reflection in unique and inspiring settings. Located in the heart of Paris, this emblematic 19th-century hôtel particulier is recognized as a hub for intellectual exchange and thought leadership, a perfect backdrop for a gathering that looks toward the future of Human Resources leadership.
