Yesterday, as part of the collaboration between DCH, IFP and Atresmedia Formación, an edition of the Human Resources Debates took place in Barcelona, a space for dialogue dedicated to the professionalization and development of people. This series of meetings has the dual purpose of analyzing the challenges of the labor market and bringing students closer to the business world, favoring a practical and professionalized approach in the sector.

The session, moderated by Alonso Cienfuegos, Director of Ackermann, counted with the participation of distinguished speakers:

  • Jorge Molinero Ruiz, General Manager and CEO of Atisa.
  • Gema Osete Vicente, HRBP International & HR Country Head Spain at Merck Healthcare.
  • Miguel Venegas Carrasco, President of Valorian.

Each provided specific insights from his or her area of expertise on issues affecting human resource management in a context of constant change.

During the discussion, three key issues in the current HR landscape were addressed: shorter working hours, declining productivity and declining per capita income. These issues represent challenges to both the sustainability of the work environment and the professional development of employees.
