He then discussed Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), a method that allows visualizing and analyzing the formal and informal connections between collaborators within an organization, categorized into Active ONA and Passive ONA. He highlighted how generative AI empowers ONA action by generating personalized recommendations in real time, integrating active and passive data sources such as online surveys and Office 365. He also explained the use of generative AI to analyze informal networks and design executive reports. It also explored data privacy and transparency considerations.
To illustrate these concepts, Marin demonstrated the AI-driven ONA and presented a case study. After analyzing the case, Marin offered solutions and results of the action plans implemented. The meeting culminated with an enriching dialogue among the attendees, who shared their ideas and experiences on the topics discussed, closing a day of learning and collaboration in the field of human resources and artificial intelligence.
