HR Director | Legalitas

We are looking for an HR Director with a senior-level responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and development. The job duties include but not limited to:

1.    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2.    Foster a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

3.    Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it is efficient and effective.

4.    Lead the design and implementation of employee training and development programs.

5.    Design and implement performance management systems and processes.

6.    Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and addressing employee concerns.

7.    Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.

8.    Develop and manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

9.    Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

10. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and change initiatives.

The HR Director should have a strong background in HR management, Absenteeism managment, experience in labour relations, as well as a bachelor’s degree in the related field, preferibly in law, and several years of experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
