Evaluation of the documentation sent and presentation of the project in online format before the Certification Evaluation Committee (presentation time 20-25 minutes and 10-15 minutes for possible questions from the Committee’s experts).

Once the candidacy has been defended and evaluated, the company will be informed of its result. Those whose result is favorable will receive official communication of their adherence to the Program. The collection of the certification will be formalized at the gala that is held annually, in the month of December, at the European Parliament in the city of Brussels.

During the three years following the delivery of the certification, the Project will be monitored. The company, during the first two years, will share those new initiatives or information that allows to see the evolution of the project. Likewise, the Committee of Experts, annually, will send the tips or recommendations it considers.

The third year, the company will once again present its project online or in person to the Evaluation Committee, which will issue a report with the corresponding validation (gold, silver or bronze), which will be awarded at the annual gala in the European Parliament (Brussels).
