Martin Emrich’s expertise in Leadership Development has been built over a 20-year career in Consulting and General Management roles, including several top management consulting projects, on various continents.
He has developed and implemented Leadership Development programmes for companies such as Daimler, Hugo Boss, eBay, Adidas and Toshiba.
Martin has a proven track record in successful Human Resource Management and profitable Human Capital Management.
Dr. Martin Emrich holds a PhD in industrial and organizational Psychology at the University of Tuebingen, Germany.
He also studied in the PhD – Program for Cognitive Assessment at the University of Chapel Hill in North Carolina, USA.
Certified as a “Systemic Business Coach” by the International Coaching Association.
Martin Emrich has authored more than 50 books and publications in scientific journals and daily newspapers. He is a passionate basketball player and loves to travel and to socialize with people from different cultures. His life motto is “Celebrate diversity!”
