Inteligencia Emocional en el Hyatt Centric Gran V\u00eda en Madrid, con la ponencia de Philippe Buyze &#8220;Emotional Intelligence: Why are we still talking about this?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el almuerzo Philippe Buyze ha defendido la importancia de la inteligencia emocional en la din\u00e1mica interna de los equipos de trabajo y en la relaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edderes con sus equipos.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe ha hablado sobre la importancia de la inteligencia emocional y la fuerza que ha ganado a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, siendo un tema de discusi\u00f3n en la actualidad con la llegada de la inteligencia emocional, los robots y la digitalizaci\u00f3n, trat\u00e1ndose de una de las competencias clave para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os a tener en cuenta en el mundo complejo, que afecta al capital m\u00e1s importante y dif\u00edcil de gestionar como son las personas. Este aspecto tiene a\u00fan poca presencia en las empresas, siendo fundamental para diferenciar el trabajo que realiza una m\u00e1quina con el de una persona.
