La propuesta nace del compromiso compartido y de doble direcci\u00f3n entre los directores de Recursos Humanos y el resto de trabajadores.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Atracci\u00f3n y fidelizaci\u00f3n del talento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n, inici\u00f3 en torno a la siguiente cuesti\u00f3n \u00bfEs un problema el compromiso de los empleados?
