Paris, September 16, 2025. \u2013 This morning, DCH \u2013 International Organization of Human Capital Executives<\/strong> celebrated a historic milestone with the official launch of DCH France<\/strong>, marked by the first meeting of its newly constituted Board of Directors.<\/strong> The event took place over a luncheon at the prestigious Maison de la Recherche<\/em><\/a> in Paris.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Presided over by Juan Carlos P\u00e9rez Espinosa<\/strong>, Global President of DCH, the gathering brought together senior HR executives from major companies operating in France, who signed the act formally establishing this new governing body.<\/p>\n

Hosted by Fernando Troncoso Salazar<\/strong>, Development Director of DCH Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors of DCH France<\/strong> is composed of HR leaders who will contribute their expertise and vision to advance the Human Capital function in the country. With its creation, DCH reinforces its tested collaborative model \u2014 connecting top HR leaders from leading companies \u2014 already implemented successfully in other regions.<\/p>\n<\/div>
