Madrid, [25\/03\/2025]<\/strong> – Yesterday took place at Deusto Business School<\/strong><\/a> a reference event in the field of Human Resources, organized in collaboration with DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers<\/strong>. The meeting brought together leading experts and professionals in the sector to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the profile of the Human Resources professional in the future.<\/p>\n

A day of analysis and reflection<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The event began with a warm welcome by Juan Carlos P\u00e9rez Espinosa<\/strong>, Global President of DCH<\/strong>, together with Virginia G\u00f3mez de Retana, <\/strong>Director of Open Programmes and Transfer, and Marta Aguilar Barr\u00f3n<\/strong>, Corporate Director, of Deusto Business School<\/strong>, who highlighted the importance of this type of meeting to share knowledge and promote the evolution of talent in organizations.<\/p>\n

Next, Ant\u00f3n Costas Comesa\u00f1a<\/strong>, Born Counselor of the Council of State and President of the Economic and Social Council (CES), gave a strategic technical presentation entitled “A new look at the labor factor in the economy”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In his speech, Ant\u00f3n addressed the evolution of the labor market and the need to adapt business strategies to changes in the global economy.<\/p>\n

Following Ant\u00f3n Costas’ presentation, Guillermo Dorronsoro<\/strong>, Management Board Advisor and Academic Director of the Business Innovation Program<\/strong> at Deusto Business School<\/strong>, presented the DCH Study on the Future of the Human Resources Professional Profile<\/strong>. During his speech, Guillermo highlighted the main findings of the report, underlining the impact of digitalization, sustainability and the evolution of leadership in talent management.<\/p>\n

The study also highlighted the growing relevance of reskilling and upskilling<\/strong> in organizations, as well as the need for continuous training for HR professionals in an increasingly dynamic and demanding environment.
