Yesterday, DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers<\/a> and HR Talents<\/a> held a new edition of the HR Lunch, in collaboration with Indeed<\/a>. This session, entitled “AI Without Filters: Opportunities and Challenges for the Future of Work”,<\/em> brought together HR executives in an intimate setting at the Hotel Eurostar Madrid Tower 5*<\/em>, designed to foster dialogue on the changes and challenges that artificial intelligence brings to the workplace. <\/p>\n

Juan Carlos P\u00e9rez Espinosa<\/strong>, DCH<\/strong> Global President,<\/em> opened the meeting with warm words of welcome and a message of thanks to the attendees for their commitment and participation.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Artificial Intelligence and its Implications for the Everyday Workplace<\/h2>\n

The event featured a special keynote from Bruno Geraldes<\/strong>, Director of Enterprise Sales Iberia at Indeed<\/strong>, whose technical presentation explored the exponential changes driven by AI and their impact on the day-to-day work of HR teams.<\/p>\n

Geraldes delved into the impact of AI on workload, citing a study that revealed that “77% of employees already using AI in their roles report an increase in their workload,”<\/em> evidencing the challenge of balancing productivity expectations with worker well-being. In addition, he shared results of a Indeed survey conducted in conjunction with Censuswide in the U.S. and six global markets. <\/em><\/strong>which indicates that 34% of HR leaders use AI to analyze resumes and job applications, 32% to write job descriptions or advertisements, and another 32% to generate interview questions. However, there are still 13% who do not use AI tools.<\/p>\n<\/div>

According to this study, talent leaders are optimistic about the benefits that AI can bring in terms of improving the hiring experience<\/strong>, overall employee satisfaction<\/strong> and reducing stress levels at work<\/strong>. These areas represent an opportunity for AI to act as an ally in talent management, as long as its implementation focuses on improving the human experience within organizations. <\/p>\n

Bruno emphasized Indeed’s commitment to the principles of responsible AI, stressing the importance of this technology complementing, but not replacing, human judgment in the selection process. “AI can help make hiring more human, allowing recruiters to focus on strategic decisions and personalized treatment of candidates,” Geraldes said. <\/p>\n

The meeting ended with a dynamic dialogue among the attendees, who shared their experiences and perspectives on how AI is contributing to the strengthening of labor relations and the ethical development of human talent.<\/p>\n<\/div>
