DCH<\/strong> – International Organization of Human Capital Managers<\/em> and EAE Business School <\/strong><\/a>presented the new edition of the IX DCH Barometer on Talent Management in Spain, Portugal and Latin America 2024\/25, <\/strong>at the HR Trends by DCH meeting on February 27.<\/p>\n

The Barometer was created as a result of the vocation of DCH and EAE to provide society with valuable information to improve the management of people in organizations. It is a dynamic work that analyzes the most important projects and trends, for this reason, each year the questions are reviewed and adapted to reality.<\/p>\n

In its ninth edition, based on surveys of DCH associates, 258 companies<\/strong> participated (48% from Iberia and 52% from Latam), providing a real and current view of the labor market.<\/p>\n

The analysis focuses on four key dimensions<\/strong> of the talent lifecycle: Attraction, Engagement, Development and Disengagement<\/strong>. In addition, this year it incorporates relevant topics such as artificial intelligence in talent management, hybrid work models and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The objective of the barometer is to serve as a reference guide<\/strong> for companies to identify best practices and trends in talent management.<\/p>\n<\/div>
