DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers<\/strong> has marked a milestone in the evolution of talent and data analytics in human resources with the launch of the People Analytics Society (PAS) by DCH<\/a><\/strong>. This innovative global community, designed to connect and empower People Analytics professionals around the world, is supported by Cognitive Talent Solutions<\/strong> and took its first steps with two inaugural events in Madrid (Spain) and Palo Alto (USA), along with a live webcast for Latin America, underlining its international character from the outset. <\/p>\n

PAS by DCH launch event in Madrid, Spain<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The inauguration event of PAS by DCH in Madrid was held on November 11 at the Deusto Business School <\/strong>facilities and was aimed at Spanish-speaking professionals. The event included a live broadcast for Latin America, which allowed the participation of experts from different countries in the region. <\/p>\n

The day began with an institutional welcome by Marta Aguilar<\/strong>, Corporate Director<\/em> of Deusto Executive Education Madrid<\/strong>; Juan Carlos P\u00e9rez Espinosa<\/strong>, Global President<\/em> of DCH; <\/strong>and Delia Majar\u00edn<\/strong>, People Analytics Lead<\/em> at ABB<\/strong>. During this opening, the representatives shared the vision of PAS by DCH<\/strong> as a community for the transformation of People Analytics and the development of talent in the business environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The session continued with presentations from leading experts. Mar\u00eda Manso<\/strong>, Partner in charge of People Analytics and Artificial Intelligence<\/em> at EY<\/strong>, opened the block of presentations by sharing the applications and impact of generative AI in people analytics with the presentation “Applications of Generative AI in People Analytics at EY<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Fernando L\u00f3pez Gil<\/strong>, People Experience Lead for Northern & Western Europe<\/em> at Mond\u0113lez International<\/strong>, closed the block of technical presentations with “Use cases of Generative AI & People Analytics at Mondelez<\/strong>“, in which he explained concrete uses that illustrate how generative AI is transforming the employee experience in his organization.<\/p>\n<\/div>

On November 12, the presentation of this new initiative continued at Japan Innovation Campus <\/strong>in Palo Alto, with a session dedicated to English-speaking People Analytics professionals, reaffirming the global focus of PAS by DCH.<\/p>\n

After a welcome to attendees, a Fireside Chat<\/em> titled “Generative AI & People Analytics”<\/em> featured Shujaat Ahmad<\/strong>, AI leader<\/em> and founder<\/em> of Belong & Lead<\/strong>; Mariah Norell<\/strong>, workforce strategy expert<\/em> at Adobe<\/strong>; and Francisco Marin<\/strong>, Co-Founder<\/em> and CEO <\/em>of Cognitive Talent Solutions <\/strong>, who discussed the impact of generative AI on talent management.<\/p>\n<\/div>
