This is a longitudinal study that aims to analyze over time the process of digital transformation of HR departments. The research is joined by Oracle Cloud HCM, Indeed, Facthum and Ackermann International as Expert Partners. Since the fourth edition of this barometer, the scope of the study has been expanded, incorporating companies located in different countries of the Latin American ecosystem (LATAM) related to the expansion of the International Organization of Human Capital Managers &#8211; DCH. Specifically, it covers companies located in 10 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
