Madrid, June 27, 2024 – The DCH Center of Excellence for Cultural Transformation and the Future of Work<\/strong> has inaugurated its annual cycle of activities with a meeting that took place at the A&O Shearman facilities. This event was attended by prominent leaders and experts in the field of human resources and organizational transformation. The meeting was chaired by Juan Manuel Rueda Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, Bain External Advisor at Bain & Company and member of the DCH Advisory Board, and \u00c1ngel Javier Vicente<\/strong>, Corporate Director of Human Resources at Grupo Avintia<\/strong>. Both presidents addressed the session, stressing the importance of cultural transformation and adapting to the future of work in a constantly changing business environment. The hosts, A&O Shearman, provided a warm welcome and logistical support to all attendees, which contributed significantly to the success of the meeting. This event, exclusively for members of DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers<\/em>, served as a framework for the formal constitution of the stable working group of the Center of Excellence.
