DCH Global Board Meeting<\/h2>\n

Prior to the 2nd DCH Global Human Capital Summit, the DCH Global Board of Directors meeting was held on June 6. This event, held both in person and online, brought together business leaders from around the world to discuss and share best practices in human capital management.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The meeting was structured in various working groups, allowing participants to share and discuss the most successful initiatives implemented in their respective companies and countries of origin. This format facilitated a dynamic and enriching exchange of experiences, providing managers with the opportunity to learn from strategies and approaches that have proven to be effective in different cultural and business contexts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

II DCH GLOBAL HUMAN CAPITAL SUMMIT<\/h1>\n<\/div>

DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Managers, <\/strong>in collaboration with the prestigious Universidad de los Andes School of Management,<\/strong> held on June 6, 2024 the II DCH Global Human Capital Summit. <\/strong>This meeting brought together more than 1,500 attendees with the support of Facthum, Ackermann International, Betterfly, Rankmi, Colsubsidio, Sacyr, Iseazy, Acrip Federaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Gesti\u00f3n Humana and Semana Magazine.<\/strong>The program is offered in Bogota, Colombia, and online from the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.<\/p>\n

A great meeting held in hybrid format that was structured in 3 excellent blocks: Future of Work | Diversity | Data, Technology and Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Many of the speakers and attendees traveled from all the countries where the organization operates: Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, Central America, Caribbean and U.S.A; to attend this second edition of the DCH Global Human Capital Summit with the objective of discovering innovative techniques, exchanging experiences and essential skills for professional and personal development.<\/p>\n

This was able to create an unbeatable environment for collaborative learning and the promotion of excellence in talent management.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The event began with a warm and lively welcome by the Mistress of Ceremonies, Erika Taubert<\/strong>, Presenter and Homecenter <\/strong>Ambassador. She was followed by Elisabet Atusparia<\/strong>, DCH<\/strong> International Coordinator, to thank the host and sponsors for their support and collaboration.<\/p>\n

Mauricio Olivera<\/strong>, Vice Rector of the Universidad de los Andes<\/strong>, and Livi Betancur<\/strong>, President of the Board of Directors of DCH Colombia and Vice President of Human and Administrative Talent of Seguros y Servicios Bolivar<\/strong>, offered words of welcome to all the attendees.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Future of Work block began with a spectacular presentation from Jesus Antonio Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>Founder and academic coordinator of the senior management and strategic leadership program of the Universidad de los Andes<\/strong>The company’s mission is to provide a comprehensive and innovative approach to the implementation of innovative strategies that align business objectives with the needs of human talent, and how to optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n

In addition, the importance of focusing on people was emphasized, fostering an inclusive and motivating work environment that enhances the professional and personal development of employees.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Martha Casta\u00f1o<\/strong>Human Resources Manager of Colsubsidio,<\/strong> continued this revealing block, as a speaker, and began his presentation by “<\/strong>Towards an innovative and sustainable working future<\/strong>“<\/strong>in which he analyzed and explained that Human Resources departments can be the engine of change and development within organizations, leading key initiatives that transform the way roles, work and the employee experience are conceived and executed.<\/p>\n

This presentation was designed to provide HR leaders and professionals with the following information. the necessary tools and knowledge to lead these transformations within their organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Erika Taubert introduced a panel comprised of Dulce Marchena, <\/strong>Director of Human Resources at Scotia Global Business Services<\/strong>, and Vice President of the Board of Directors of DCH Central America and the Caribbean, as Moderator. Dulce started the block with a Mentimeter in which the attendees participated in person and online, answering the question: What is the main driver of change towards a more innovative and sustainable work environment in your organization?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>
