The DCH Center of Excellence for the Public Sector held its second meeting of the year, chaired by Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez Mariju\u00e1n, Director of Human Resources and Organization at Agencia EFE. The event took place at the facilities of the Bank of Spain, who were the gracious hosts of the meeting. Our most sincere thanks to Juan Manuel Delgado, Director of Human Resources at Banco de Espa\u00f1a, and his entire team for their hospitality and predisposition.<\/p>\n

This meeting, exclusively for DCH members, has served to establish a stable working group with different companies from the public sector, reaffirming our commitment to collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n

The day began with presentations by the Bank of Spain team, who addressed the topic “Selective Processes in the Public Sector”. Afterwards, Antonia Casado Mart\u00edn, Director of Organization and Human Resources at Fundae (Fundaci\u00f3n Estatal para la Formaci\u00f3n en el Empleo), shared her experience and perspectives.<\/p>\n

We thank all the speakers for sharing their knowledge and commitment. It has been a pleasure to listen and learn from you. We took away with us the commitment to work on useful proposals to be implemented in the next meetings of the members of the Public Sector DCH Center of Excellence.<\/p>\n

This meeting reinforces our objective of promoting excellence and continuous improvement in human resources management in the public sector, creating a space for dialogue and mutual learning among professionals in the sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>
