They highlighted topics such as the importance of diversity in work teams, the \u201cEmployer Centricity\u201d or the omnichannel.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Vargas, Director at Proyectos en la Escuela Europea de Coaching, spoke about the \u201cChanges in the paradigm and the challenges of agility\u201d and also pointed out the importance of multidisciplinary teams and the empowering of teams.<\/p>\n<p>The conference finished with a debate about the best practices in training, moderated by Ruth Benito, Director Partner at Facthum, in which several companies shared their experiences and practical cases.
