DCH-International Organization of Human Capital, held the second edition of HR Parliament, a initiative by EscRHitores\u00a0and promoted by META 4, which took place in Auditorio P\u00e9rez-Llorca in Madrid.<\/p>\n

The HR Parliament started as a meeting point for professionals of the field, with the aim of becoming a forum for the analysis and discussion around issues that affect the function of Human Resources.<\/p>\n

In this second edition, around the main board was Rosa Allegue, CFO at Skechers Iberia\u00a0, Luis Enrique Fern\u00e1ndez Pallar\u00e9s, Labor Partner of P\u00e9rez-Llorca and Luis Exp\u00f3sito, Human Resources Manager at Mediaset and President of the Comisi\u00f3n Editorial at DCH.<\/p>\n

In this discussion session participated Jose Manuel Casado, President at 2C Consulting as defender parliament member and Juan Antonio Esteban, Alsa, Juan Manuel Rueda, Telef\u00f3nica Audiovisual and Pilar Rojas, Repsol in the opposition.<\/p>\n

The debate was around\u00a0 \u201cDeceitful salesmen\u201d in Human Resources and this was made in a parliamentary way in order to promote ideas exchanging, reflection and audience participation. Some of the ideas exposed in the debate were that \u201cunisex size are not valid for everyone\u201d and we must know the company and the strategy, speaking about the \u201cMarinador\u201d effect, referring to the fact that Human Resources managers sometimes adhere to tendencies, and the \u201cpseudo gurus\u201d were mentioned as well; people who sell knowledge which is not their own. To finish with the debate, Luis Enrique Fern\u00e1ndez Pallar\u00e9s, pointed out that it is the companies the ones which need to distinguish who a good professional is and the fact that a professional is collegiate member, is not a warranty to be good.<\/p>\n
