- To perform their function exclusively in the Human Resources area, and for a single company.<\/li>\n
- That its position is expressly defined in the company’s organization chart.<\/li>\n
- That such company does not offer specific Human Resources (Consulting) services.<\/li>\n
- Each country has a minimum number of employees per company (Spain and Colombia + 500; Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Portugal and U.S.A + 250; Central America and the Caribbean + 100; and Paraguay and Uruguay + 50).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Once your application has been received, your candidacy will be validated by the Board of Directors and you will receive confirmation of your acceptance and incorporation as a member of DCH within approximately 15 days.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
