Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth

The Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth is a recognition of the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America (OIJ) and the International Organization of Human Capital Managers (DCH), which gathers companies and private sector entities that consider intergenerational objectives and propose solutions to encourage young people in their transition to working life and the construction of their own autonomy.

Evaluation criteria for the elaboration of the Ranking

1. Actions that favor the attraction of Young Talent within the company.
2. Internal policies that promote the empowerment/training of young people within the company.
3. Own initiatives aimed at young people and/or with a youth perspective towards the outside.
4. Direct investments in public programs for young people.
